Applications are invited for the Bachelor of Software Engineering programme
Conducted by the Faculty of Engineering Technology-open university .srilanka
with effect from 22nd April 2010.

This programme is designed to produce qualified graduates for the software industry and for any other sector where the software design, development and maintenance of software systems are carried out. If you are willing to become a software engineer or to work in a division of an institution where the development and maintenance of software are undertaken, the BSE is the degree programme you are looking for.

After successfully completion of the programme ,you can become software architects, software engineers, System analysts, and QA engineers in IT industry and other domains as well.
Minimum entry qualifications are,

3 G.C.E. (A/L) Passes (except General English & IT) in any stream or Equivelent

And

Academic/Professional Qualification up to intermediate level in a chosen domain.

And

A pass in the Selection Test conducted by the University.
